The Cocoon??

Its been two days since I have joined my MBA prep classes.. When I was there, I was a bit early for the classes. To cut short my time, I took up one of the books and I really loved a story about a cocoon..

The Story:

A man found the Cocoon of a butterfly. One daya small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress.

On August 14, 2008 Logitech International officially announced, that the Logitech International has agreed to gain control of privately held Ultimate Ears, Irvine, California, for $34 million amount in cash. Ultimate Ears is an established leader of in-ear monitors for professional musicians, for their live performances, and sound engineers, and in the last years, the company has expanded their product line to undertake a range of in-ear consumer audiophones for portable musicians, along with iPod®, iPhone® and MP3 player users. The acquisition depends on customary closing conditions and is nearly expected to close this August.
